IIRM Holdings India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Sampada Business Solutions has acquired remaining shares of IIRM Holdings PTE. As a result of this acquisition, the shareholding of Sampada Business Solutions in IIRM Holdings PTE has increased from the present 97.50% to 100%. IIRM Holdings PTE became wholly owned subsidiary of Sampada Business Solutions.
IIRM Holdings India is specialized in production and distribution of complete range of Roto Moulded Products which are made from plastics resins and are essentially substitute for steel, wood & RCC in wide variety of applications.
