Imagicaaworld Entertainment has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on February 18, 2025 with Malpani Parks (MPPL) for acquisition of 100% shareholding of Malpani Parks Indore (MPIPL).
The acquisition of 100% shareholding of MPIPL will be completed on or before March 31, 2025. Pursuant to completion of the said acquisition, MPIPL will become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Imagicaaworld Entertainment is engaged in the business of development and operations of theme-based entertainment destinations in India, including theme parks, water parks and associated activities including retail merchandising and food and beverages.
