Narayana Hrudayalaya raises Rs 500 crore through NCDs

Narayana Hrudayalaya has raised Rs 500 crore through allotment of 50,000 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. Maturity of the said NCDs will be on February 15, 2030. Tenure of the instrument is 4 years 11 months and 29 days.

The Borrowing Committee of the Board has at its meeting held on February 17, 2025 approved the same.
