Surana Telecom and Power is all set to sell its 42% of equity stake held in Sunvibe Energy, wholly owned subsidiary. Consequently, Sunvibe Energy will become a subsidiary company. There is no contribution to turnover or revenue or income and net worth by Sunvibe Energy, as the Company is yet to commence its business activity. The said transaction will be completed by February 21, 2025.
