Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Sansera Engineering has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company today approved grant of 35,000 stock options at the price of Rs 1,144.25 per option under Sansera Engineering Employee Stock Option Scheme Plan 2018 (‘ESOP 2018’).
