Further, it has informed that the said Meeting was successfully convened by the Designated Partner, of ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP (Resolution Professional entity), Anil Kohli on February 07, 2025. Pursuant to the discussion in the meeting, resolution(s) proposed and put to vote before CoC for their consideration/approval and the same was approved by the CoC members with requisite majority.
