Further, the said Meeting was successfully convened by the Designated Partner, of M/s ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP (Resolution Professional entity), Anil Kohli on 12.11.2024. Pursuant to the discussion in the meeting, resolution(s) proposed and put to vote before CoC for their consideration/approval and the same was approved by the CoC members with requisite majority.
