Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Century Enka has informed that on 26th February 2025, at around 9.05 pm IST, which was communicated by 11:05 pm IST, fire occurred in NFY Spinning Plant at Unit-Rajashree Polyfil, Rajashree Nagar, Post Umalla, District Bharuch, Gujarat – 393 120. The fire was controlled at the time of communication to the exchange. However, production operation of the said plant is temporarily disrupted. There are no human injuries or casualties reported. Adequate steps are being undertaken to restore the operation of the plant. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the actual loss caused by it. There is adequate insurance coverage for said plant and intimation to Insurance Company is being made. This is not likely to have material impact on the Company’s profitability.
