Imagicaaworld Entertainment has completed acquisition of 10,000 equity shares of Malpani Parks Indore (MPIPL) of Rs 10 each representing 100% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of MPIPL on February 25, 2025. Post this acquisition, MPIPL has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company.
Earlier, the company had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on February 18, 2025 with Malpani Parks (MPPL) for acquisition of 100% shareholding of MPIPL.
Imagicaaworld Entertainment is engaged in the business of development and operations of theme-based entertainment destinations in India, including theme parks, water parks and associated activities including retail merchandising and food and beverages.
