One of Nitta Gelatin India’s production units, located at Koratty in Trichur district in the state of Kerala has been working below normal production capacity for the past few days due to an agitation by certain parties. The unit manufactures Ossein and Dicalcium Phosphate.
This agitation can affect the operational results of the company during current quarter if the situation tends to prolong. However, the company expects the normalcy to return soon.
Nitta Gelatin India is a joint venture of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) and Japanese firm Nitta Gelatin Inc.
