Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Capital Small Finance Bank has informed about the following changes in composition of the Board: 1. Srinath Srinivasan (DIN: 00107184), has tendered his resignation as the Nominee Director (Nominee of Oman India Joint Fund Investment II) of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on February 27, 2025 due to personal reasons. The letter of resignation received from Srinath Srinivasan is enclosed. The company has enclosed disclosures in Annexure - 1 in relation to the abovementioned change in the Board composition pursuant to aforementioned Regulation read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
