Aarti Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary Aarti Circularity has acquired 49% equity shares of Re Aarti, a joint venture company. The acquisition is completed on February 27, 2025. The Joint venture is formed for driving the development of Plastic Materials Recycling Facilities (PMRFs), aiming to revolutionise plastic resource recovery and sustainable resource management practices.
Earlier, Aarti Circularity (ACL) and Re Sustainability and Recycling (ReSRL) have joined hands to establish a joint venture company.
