Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dollar Industries has informed that the Company has received the demand order from office of the GST Department under GST Act 2017. The financial impact of the demand is to the extent of the GST, Interest and Penalty. There is no material impact on financials, operations, or other activities of the Company. However, the order is appealable before the Commissioner Appeals-GST Appellate Authority and the Company shall file appeal under the GST Act.
