Pidilite Industries has informed that the Company has received an Order dated 27th February, 2025 which was received vide email on 27th February, 2025 from the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Unit -73, Vapi, Gujarat imposing a penalty of Rs. 64,44,970/- under applicable provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act for the FY 2020-2021. The Order is appealable and the Company is reviewing the Order and evaluating the next steps in the matter. The Company will make an assessment to exercise its right to appeal to the highest authority as permitted in law.
