In compliance with Para B, Part A of Schedule III read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/18 dated 14 February 2025, GE Power India has informed that Joint Commissioner Central Goods & service Tax Jurisdiction: Noida has imposed a penalty on the Company due to alleged excess/wrong availment of Input Tax Credit, details of which are enclosed as Annexure A. The Company is considering to file an appeal against the above order.
