Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Afcons Infrastructure has informed that the Income Tax Department has conducted survey on February 28, 2025 in the normal course of business at the Registered office and a few of the zonal/regional offices of the Company. The Company extended its full co-operation and support to the Officials of the Department during their survey and have provided them timely and correct information/ data as asked by them. The Business operations of the Company continued as usuals and were not impacted due to the Survey.
