In furtherance to earlier intimation dated February 21, 2025, Global Health has informed that the order for Scheme of Amalgamation between Medanta Holdings (MHPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the company (GHL), as approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench –V has been filed with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana (ROC) today March 01, 2025. Once formally noted by the ROC, the Scheme shall become effective and MHPL shall stand dissolved and cease to be the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 01, 2025. The Appointed Date of the Scheme is April 01, 2024.
