Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, Eco Recycling has informed that Maneesha Jena has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company due to personal reasons. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities with effect from the close of March 1, 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, as amended, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are mentioned below as Annexure I.
