Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rainbow Foundations has informed that the company has acquired a Land admeasuring 65,989 sq.ft. (27.5 Grounds) along with building for a total consideration of INR 112.00 Crores by way of Sale Deed(s) dated 24th February 2025. Additionally, a Stamp duty and registration fee of INR 10.08 Crores was paid towards this transaction. This Acquisition involves the land and building situated at New Door No.16, Old Door No.476, Kilpauk Garden Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600010. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as ‘Annexure - A. This Acquisition of Land is ordinary business activities of the company.
