In line with disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, NTPC Green Energy has informed that, the Company has appointed A.K. Rastogi & Associates, Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2024-25. Details as required under regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 are enclosed as ‘Annexure- A’. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 1st March 2025. The meeting started at 10:30 am and concluded at 11:45 am.
