Laddu Gopal Online Services has informed that the date of closure of the Rights Issue, which opened on Friday, 21 February, 2025 and was scheduled to close on Wednesday, 05 March,2025, has now been further extended from Thursday, March 06, 2025 to Saturday, March 15, 2025, by Rights Issue Committee in its Meeting held on Tuesday, March 04, 2025 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue. Accordingly, the last date of submission of the duly filled in CAF (along with the amount payable on application) is Saturday, March 15, 2025. Equity Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to apply for the Rights Issue as mentioned above are requested to take note of the Issue Closure Date as Saturday, March 15, 2025. Accordingly, there is no change in the LOF, CAF and ALOF dated Saturday, March 15, 2025 except for change in Issue Closing Date and resultant change in indicative time table of post issue activities on account of change in Issue Closing Date. The committee commenced at 10:00 am and concluded at 10:40 am.
