With reference to Letter No. STPL/SECT/43/2024-25, dated 03th January, 2025, Surana Telecom And Power has informed that the Sale Deed for the Land and SMW Solar Power Project located at Munipally, Telangana, has been successfully executed. The sale was made to Virupaksha Organises who were assigned by Reddy Pharmaceuticals to execute the Sale Deed for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 33.30 crores following the approval of the Board of Directors and the shareholders. Further to above, the details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 and Circular No. BI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed as an Annexure -A.
