With reference to its disclosure bearing ref. no. PSPPROJECT/71/24-25 dated November 19, 2024, regarding signing of Share Purchase Agreement between Prahaladbhai S. Patel (‘Seller’), one of the promoters of the Company and Adani Infra (India) (‘Acquirer’) whereby the Acquirer shall be acquiring up to 30.07% equity share capital of the Company from the Seller. In this regard, PSP Projects has informed that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has by its letter dated March 4, 2025 approved the proposed combination under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002.
