Baroda Rayon Corporation has informed that with reference to the earlier communication dated January 01, 2025, regarding the change of name of the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from ‘Link Intime India Private Limited’ to ‘MUFG Intime India Private Limited’ with effective from December 31, 2024. In furtherance of the above and as per the information received from the RTA, the Domain Name and Generic E-mail ID of the RTA has been updated as part of its rebranding. Effective Immediately: The Domain name has changed from www.linkintime.co.in to www.in.mpms.mufg.com; The Generic E-mail ID has changed from rnt.helpdesk@linkintime.co.in to rnt.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com
