Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Neogem India has informed that, due to the reason mentioned herein under, the financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 have not been submitted to the stock exchange: ‘Company does not have any operations since financial year 2019-20 and it doesn’t have any employees, thus, they were unable to draw financials for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024’. The aforesaid reason for delay in submission of Un-Audited Financial Results was also stated in the outcome filed with BSE for the Board Meeting held on 14th February, 2025.
