Dhanlaxmi Fabrics has received approval from Board of Directors to sell its entire shareholding in DFL Fabrics, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Therefore, upon completion of the aforesaid transfer, DFL Fabrics would cease to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The consideration to be received from such sale is Rs 47 lakh.

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics is a one stop shop for the garment exporters, fabric exporters and local garment manufacturers.
