GEM Enviro Management’s board has approved the incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The name of the proposed subsidiary is GEM Green Infra Tech. The incorporation of the proposed subsidiary will be completed on or before April 15, 2025 subject to receipt of approvals of the MCA as may be applicable. The proposed authorised share capital for the subsidiary is Rs 10 lakh and paid-up share capital is Rs 7.6 lakh. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on March 07, 2025, has approved the same.
GEM Enviro Management is engaged in the business of handling of waste and scraps related to all kind and supply and trading of goods.
