In compliance with provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, Radha Madhav Corporation has informed that Chandni Peswani has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Radha Madhav Corporation effective from the close of business hours on March 7, 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 is annexed as Exhibit A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Chandni Peswani that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter. Copy of resignation letter is annexed as Exhibit B.
