Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties--Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman, Madhya Pradesh and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Garoth, Madhya Pradesh. The properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The two hotels are strategically located on the 1,350 km long, 8-lane wide, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Passing through Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. The Expressway is expected to cut travel time between Delhi and Mumbai to 12 hours upon completion.
Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman, Madhya Pradesh, scheduled to start operations by FY26, will feature 42 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room and other public areas.
