InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) has received approval from board of directors for investment of upto Rs 394 crore in one or more tranches, in the equity shares of InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC (IndiGo IFSC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
This investment will be utilised by IndiGo IFSC towards financing of aviation assets, repayment of its outstanding loan and for other general corporate purposes. The said investment will be completed within 3 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors.
InterGlobe Aviation provides air transportation services in India and internationally. The company primarily operates IndiGo passenger airline.
