To consider and approve Final letter of offer for right issue; 2. Fixing the Record Date; 3. Finalizing the issue period; and 4. To consider other routine matters with the permission of the Chair. Based on the outcome of the meeting, the Company will make such other disclosures, if any, as may be required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
