Considered and approved the Appointment of Desiderio Anthony Misquita (DIN: 08956087) as an Additional and Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 17th March, 2025 for a period of five years subject to approval of the shareholders at ensuing General Meeting. Desiderio Anthony Misquita is not related to any of the Directors/Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. 2. Considered and approved the Resignation of Joseph Vincent Caesar Denazareth (DIN: 09796462) as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from March 17th, 2025.
