Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and company's Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events/Information, Engineers India has informed about the following: ‘Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) has awarded the job for EPCM Services for 360 KTPA Polypropylene Unit (PPU) Project at Numaligarh Refinery to Engineers India (EIL -the company). Total estimated award value is approx. Rs. 252.95 Crores plus GST.' The Work Order was received on 13th March 2025, however the clarification on Contractual Terms was sought from the Client which was received on 17th March 2025. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master circular number dated 11.11.2024, is attached.
