TVS Motor Company has disinvested 7,35,00,000 equity shares constituting 90.46% of share capital of TVS Energy to Green Infra, New Delhi. TVS Energy is a subsidiary company of TVS Motor Company. Pursuant to this disinvestment, TVS Energy and its subsidiaries - TVS Wind Power and TVS Wind Energy, cease to be subsidiaries of the company effective August 16, 2013.

TVS Motor Company is the flagship company of the $6 billion Indian conglomerate, TVS Group which recently celebrated one hundred years in the automotive business in India. The company recently won 'India's Most Trusted Two Wheeler Brand' Award from the Times Group.
