Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), AJR Infra and Tolling has informed that Kaushal Shah, Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective from 28th February, 2025 to explore better opportunities and prospects. The Company has commenced the process of shortlisting the potential candidates for the said role and the same shall be finalized within the prescribed timelines under the SEBI Listing Regulations. The required details pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2020/123 dated July 13, 2023 are as Annexure-1.
