In this regard, Yes Bank has informed that it has received INR 429 crores from a single trust in the Security Receipts Portfolio. Since the above receipt (in excess of the underlying carrying value of the trust) is more than the materiality threshold as prescribed under the amended Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), the said event, is being disclosed under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations.
