The Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, on the same date. The requisite details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 Dated July 13, 2023, for incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company are enclosed herewith as Annexure -I.
