In continuation to earlier intimation letter dated January 17, 2025, wherein the Company had informed about the proposal of change of name of the Company from Interarch Building Products Limited to Interarch Building Solutions Limited, subject to the necessary regulatory approval, and the said proposal was approved by the shareholders of the Company via a Postal Ballot on February 22, 2025, Interarch Building Products has informed that they have received the approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for the change of the Company’s name. The ROC has issued a fresh ‘Certificate of Incorporation’ reflecting the new name, dated March 12, 2025 (a copy of the certificate is enclosed). The certificate was officially received by us on March 20, 2025. Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed from ‘Interarch Building Products Limited’ to ‘Interarch Building Solutions Limited’ with effect from March 12, 2025. Further, the Company is in the process of filing required documents in respect of its name change to the Stock Exchange for doing the needful.
