Regency Fincorp has raised Rs 5 crore through the allotment of Series-A, 50 Units of Unlisted, Unrated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, to LC Venture Debt Fund. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on March 21, 2025 has considered and approved the same.
The company offer flexible, short-term loans that can be used to purchase inventory, business expansion, mining equipment’s loans for Plant and Machinery, Office furniture, display panels, office automation like PCs, laptops and printers.
