RDB Real Estate Constructions has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, Designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from Tuesday, 01st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchange for the Quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course.
