In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, Chemcrux Enterprises has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and Connected Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from 1st April 2025 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2025.
