Explicit Finance has informed that as per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from March 31,2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31,2025 by the Company to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all Connected/ Designated Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
