K&R Rail Engineering has informed that as per the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) and pursuant to BSE Circular Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed on and from 01st April, 2025 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
