Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and EIL’s Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events/Information, Engineers India has informed that ‘Middle East clients have awarded two contracts for PMC Services and for Engineering & Project Management Services Agreements to Engineers India Limited (EIL).
