R.P.P. Infra Projects has entered into an agreement to acquire 120 acres of land near the proposed new Chennai Airport. The estimated cost of acquisition is Rs 75 crore. As part of this acquisition process, stage-wise land registration is currently underway and is expected to be fully completed by the end of April 2025.
The acquired land is strategically located in close proximity to several prominent international industrial establishments, including leading names such as Samsung, Hyundai, and other major players across various sectors.
