In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 Patdiam Jewellery has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 15th April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
