Vinati Organics has informed that in terms of the ‘Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading’ adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) / Connected Persons from Tuesday, April 01, 2025, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the said Financial Results will be intimated separately in due course of time.
