Hemadri Cements has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/Connected Persons with effect from March 31, 2025 until the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. All the Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 shall be intimated separately.
