Zenith Fibres gets nod to sell equity shares of Rainy Properties

Zenith Fibres’ board has approved the proposal for sale of 1,80,000 equity shares of an Associate Company -- Rainy Properties to Transglobal Trade Integration. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025 or as mutually agreed by the parties. The total sale consideration of Rs 27 lakh shall be received by the company on completion of the proposed transaction.

Zenith Fibres manufactures entire range of Polypropylene Staple Fibre (PPSF). The Company is also trading in Polypropylene Spun Yarn.
