As per the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, also in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Godavari Drugs has informed that the trading window for dealing in Company's securities, for all designated persons/connected persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2025. The date of board meeting for the consideration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending 31.03.2025 shall be intimated in due course of time.
